Three

Following an awesome brunch with my girlfriend Hely at Caravan (highly recommended), we headed to the Barbican yesterday to see the final day of the brilliant Everything Was Moving exhibition with our fellow Glasgow-to-London migrant Jess. Bruce Davidson’s civil rights photography was – predictably – my favourite.

The Barbican Centre is a mad building – a kind of brutalist masterpiece that does somehow draw you in. Some recent editions (lighting, signage etc) do help to soften it’s concrete intensity. I bagged this candid just before we headed into the exhibition.
